Two world titles will be on the line for the first time in 2010 when the Ultimate Fighting Championship® returns to the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey for UFC® 111: St-Pierre vs Hardy. UFC® welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre has been unstoppable since regaining the title in 2008, and he aims on extending his reign and his six fight winning streak against British bomber Dan “The Outlaw” Hardy, who is unbeaten in the UFC and fresh off wins over Marcus Davis and Mike Swick.

Also, former two-time heavyweight champion Frank Mir will attempt to make history when he squares off against number one contender Shane Carwin in a clash of the titans that will leave the winner with the interim UFC heavyweight championship belt. UFC Fighter Roberts - To Ref Pancrase Grappling Championship Before UFC Broomfield Bout

UFC fighter Daniel "Ninja" Roberts arrives in Colorado today in preparation for his March 21st, UFC bout against opponent John Howard.

 

On Saturday, Roberts takes time out of his busy schedule to officiate at the Pancrase World Submission Wrestling Championships also held in Broomfield.

 

Roberts is 9-0 in MMA, a All-American wrestler, a 3-time NAGA Champ, 2-time NAGA World finalist, ADCC medalist, GQ medalist, a jiu-jitsu national champ, 2-time jiu-jitsu world medalist and jiu-jitsu world finalist.  He is the top ranked welterweight in the state of OK by OK Fight News.

 

During his stay in Colorado, Roberts is training at the Grappler's Edge Academy in Denver.

On Saturday March 13, 2010 the Kick Down returns to the Red Lion Hotel for MMA action featuring the Kick Down welterweight professional title bout when Chris Holland faces Travis Peak (3-0/13-0) the current Kick Down professional Welterweight champion and undefeated. Peak will fight for the first time in Colorado.

Expect an action packed evening with several titles on the line and fighters from Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska and Montana. Ring of Fire 37: WARLORDS, which takes place on March 5, will be the second in the broadcast series.

There are also plans to feature a "Best of Ring of Fire" series featuring top fights from ROF's 10-year history.

The broadcast dates will be announced shortly.
